My Wife and I were fortunate enough to meet Igor and Gabriella last December at the Bolton Christmas market, we are so glad we did. We were in the middle of planning our first family trip to Disney World, and our heads were spinning. One conversation with Igor and Gabriella and we knew we would be in good hands. Over a couple of phone calls Igor and Gabriella took the time to understand what type of experience we were looking for, and were able to craft out a plan that would work for us.

Each step of the way we felt like were getting VIP treatment, 180-days out were we on a call to talk about what dining experiences we wanted, 90 days out was all about the rides/fast passes and shows. Again, listening to what we were looking for and tailoring everything to our needs.

This was only the beginning, a few days before our trip, we met with Igor in person and spent a good amount of time talking about tips and tricks when in the park. Reviewing each day and giving us suggestions on how to get the most out of each day. Looking back, this was the most valuable part of working with the Enchanted Travel team. Each tip helped us to enjoy so much of what the parks had to offer.

"Our vacation to Disney World was hands down the best vacation we had as a family. For a family of four, a Disney World trip is not a trip that we can afford every year, so planning is the most important factor to make sure our money and time is well spent.​

Igor sat with us and discussed our interests, our priorities, listened to our likes and dislikes, and then helped plan the trip. He customized the experience from rides, kids activities and food, so that we could get the best value for our money. Igor helped us plan all the daily activities of the entire vacation from rides to restaurant planning, and booking. Even though it was our first time at Disney World, we planned in such a way that we were not overwhelmed and tired. The excitement and fun was spread evenly over all days so that we spent the time most efficiently.

Once we arrived at Disney World, we knew exactly what we were supposed to do. We did not spend time on inquiries or lining up for restaurants. We had targeted specific parks each day. We knew exactly which rides to go on, and also be at the right place and right time to enjoy the parades. We were able to cover all the must see items (plus much more), and we were able to make the best use of the time and funds. Igor gave us several valuable tips, for e.g. pre-booking in advance for reservations at Cinderella’s Castle – and that was the best experience for our kids. All in all, our Disney World vacation was a success!
